I have copied this message from the 11th Cav. website from the present commander of F Troop
Gentleman,
I am the current F Troop commander, and am interested in inviting any
former F Troop Blackhorse Trooper available or interested to attend F
Troop's change of command upcoming 1 October at 1100 hours. It would be
an honor to have any former trooper attend, and I am e-mailing you in
order to find out the best way to identify these Veterans and send them
the invitation. I would also like to strengthen the Troop's
relationship with these Veterans, so interested in maintaining a list of
former F Troop Soldiers in the BHA. Any assistance with this would be
greatly appreciated.

I am proud to say Jimmy "Top" Transue's grandson Jash Transue just left for boot camp today. He is going to try to become 2nd generation with 11th cav. F troop. I will keep yall updated when I hear more.
